This is a 2 Gallon Kit for your submerged mineral oil pc
Posted by Robert Smith
Bought this for a fish tank mod. It's crystal clear and does not clog my tank pump. I've run some thorough tests. It will not ionize unless you are exposing it in direct contact to certain forms of rubber.
PVC seems to be okay, the same goes for silicone and hard plastics, like acrylic. Remove any cheap rubber you can find from your boards before submerging.
Be careful, the oil may harden and dissolve nylon cable sleeving, and will harden up heatshrink and potentially detach any labels. This is a thing with all pure mineral oils. Take pictures of all bar codes and identifying information on your PCB BEFORE submerging it, for your records.
Always do your research and this oil will work mighty fine for submerged microcomputer cooling mods.
The only complaint I've got is: It's a bit pricey. I got 4 gallons (3 gallon fish tank + 1 gallon overhead in case of spillage) = $108
It comes neatly and safely boxed, with a datasheet of important information for storage, use, and ingestion (why would you drink this? xD)
STe is very professional. I recommend this.

Easy to order and delivered on the predicted day. Came in 2, 1galon jugs rather than the 1, 2 gallon jug shown, but that's better for my purposes anyway. Not much else I can say without sending it to a lab...
